You have a few options. Cheap, good or fast, pick one.
1) You can repair it by applying Leatheriwue crack filler dyed to match the seat. This is the cheapest solution - under $50 or so and frankly the most bang for the buck. see http://leatherique.mbz.org.
2) You can have a new seat panel sewn in. Figure $200 labour and maybe $100 for a piece of leather. This is the most permanent solution.
3) You can cover them with sheepskins. They range form $100 - $800 depending of what quality you want. This is the fastest solution.
